Gather your overflow waste. Ensure it meets our simple bagging and weight guidelines, and place it in your designated accessible pickup area.
3. Track Arrival
On pickup day, you'll receive a notification when our crew is en route. You can track their GPS arrival directly on the web platform.
4. Confirm & Relax
Once the pickup is complete, you'll get a confirmation photo and receipt via email/SMS. Your space is clear, and you're ready for the next cycle.

Municipal Garbage Days
We never schedule pickups on your municipal collection day. This prevents confusion about who picked up your garbage — us or the city. Our webapp integrates with Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and other municipal calendars to auto-block these dates for your address.
Statutory Holidays
Christmas Day, Good Friday, and other statutory holidays are automatically blocked from scheduling. Our admin team manages this calendar well in advance and notifies all subscribers if a blackout affects their next scheduled pickup.
Next Available Date
If your regular day falls on a blackout date, the system suggests the next available slot (typically 1-2 days later). You'll be notified automatically via email/SMS. As we grow, we'll monitor capacity to prevent overbooking.
Admin Override Available: If there's a special circumstance or you need to adjust a blackout date for your specific pickup, contact us and our admin team can manually override the scheduling for your account.

To ensure we can complete your pickup quickly and safely every time, please follow these simple guidelines. Consistent prep means zero missed pickups.
1. Clear Access is Key
Ensure gates are unlocked on your scheduled day. If items are in a locked enclosure or behind a keypad, you must provide access codes via the app instructions. If our crew cannot access the waste, the pickup will be marked as failed.
2. Bag Limits & Weight
All loose garbage must be bagged securely. Bags should not exceed 40 lbs each to ensure safe lifting for our crews. Overweight bags or scattered, unbagged debris may incur additional sorting fees or be left behind.
3. Prohibited Items
Your standard subscription covers general household and business waste. We cannot take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, motor oil), highly flammable items, or biohazards. Need to dispose of construction debris or heavy appliances? Book a separate Bulk Item Removal in the app.

You can change your frequency at any time directly in the Bag & Book it app. Simply go to 'My Subscriptions', select your active plan, and choose your new frequency. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
If our crew arrives and the garbage is not accessible, you will receive a notification in the app. Because the truck was dispatched, the pickup counts toward your subscription. However, you can easily book a one-off Missed Garbage Day Pickup to clear the backlog before your next scheduled date.
No. We believe in earning your business every week. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the app.
Yes! If you have an unusually heavy week or a few bulk items, you can add them to your upcoming scheduled pickup via the app. The app will calculate any additional volume fees upfront so there are no surprises.
