How to Ensure a Successful Pickup
To keep our service fast and affordable, our drivers need to be able to grab and go. Follow these simple rules to prevent failed pickups or extra fees.
Get the App Now1. Everything Must Be Bagged & Tied
We do not shovel loose trash. Every piece of waste must be inside a standard garbage bag, and the bag must be securely tied shut. If bags are ripped, please double-bag them before the driver arrives.
2. Keep It Accessible
Place your bags at the curb, at the end of your driveway, or in a clearly visible, easily accessible spot. Drivers cannot enter your home, backyard, or garage to retrieve bags.
3. Standard Weight Limits
Bags should weigh no more than 40 lbs (what an average person can safely lift). If a bag is too heavy or tearing under its own weight, please split it into two bags.
4. No Hazardous Materials
This service is for general household waste only. We cannot take paint, chemicals, motor oil, batteries, or biohazards. (Need construction debris gone? Check our Bulk Item service instead).

No, you do not need to be home. As long as your bags are tied and accessible outside (at the curb or driveway), our driver will collect them, and you will be notified via the app once the job is complete.
You can cancel your request directly in the app without penalty, provided a driver has not already arrived at your location. If the driver is already on-site, a small cancellation fee may apply to cover their travel time.
The "Missed Garbage Day" service is specifically priced and designed for standard bagged waste. If you have furniture, appliances, or loose debris, please book our "Bulk Item Removal" service in the app instead to ensure the right vehicle is dispatched.
All payments are handled securely through the Bag & Book it app using your credit card or Apple/Google Pay. Our drivers do not carry change and cannot accept cash payments. You are only charged after the pickup is successfully completed.
